In a statement just out this morning North Korea's army said that the moment of explosion is approaching fast.

A South Korean news agency reports one of Kim Jong Un's mid range missiles is on the move raising fears of a nuclear attack.

"They have nuclear capacity, now," said Chuck Hagel, Secretary of Defense, "They have missile delivery capacity now."

North Korea's military said it got final approval to use what it calls smaller, lighter more diversified weapons.

Two thirds of South Koreans want their own nuclear arsenal for protection.

"The last thing the world needs is more nuclear nations," exclaimed John Kerry, Secretary of State.

"I don't think that he's interested in a confrontation with the United States. We have thirty thousand troops there," explained Ellen Tauscher, former Undersecretary of state, International Security.

For a second day South Koreans returned away from the Border Industrial Park jointly run by the north and south.

As for an attack the U.S.. thinks north Koreans weapons can reach no further than South Korea but we're sending a ballistic missile defense system to Guam just in case.
