NBC News — Protests continue in Egypt's capital. Monday a group of Islamists demonstrated outside of Egypt's constitutional court in Cairo in support of President Mohammed Morsi.
The move comes a day after Egypt's highest court joined a judicial rebellion against Morsi by declaring a strike on the day it was supposed to rule on the legitimacy of two key assemblies controlled by allies of the Islamist leader. The strike announced on sunday by the supreme constitutional court takes the country's latest political crisis to a level not seen in the nearly two years of turmoil since Hosni Mubarak's ouster in a popular uprising.
