Protests continue in Russia
NBC News — Protests continue in Russia over the country's disputed parliamentary elections. Several opposition groups staged a rally in Moscow monday. The rally was held in a square next to a metro station named after the failed Russian revolution of 1905.
Speakers at the rally denounced what they believed to be the unfair social policies of the Russian government. International observers say they found numerous irregularities in last month's elections that gave Prime Minister Vladimir Putin's party a slight lead.
