NBC NATIONAL NEWS — Authorities are building a case against James Holmes, the man accused of opening fire in a Colorado movie theater and killing 12 people.
A psychiatrist treating Holmes while he was at school warned police he talked about killing people - that's just one revelation included in newly released documents in the case.
School police deactivated Holmes' college ID to keep him from getting through locked doors.
When police searched his apartment after the mass shooting, they found hundreds of bullets, a batman mask, a gas torch and several bottles of prescription medications.
