Peeper caught with his own camera

A Cedar Hill man is arrested after an employee of a store located a video recording device in the ceiling of the women's restroom. The employee was able to identify the man from photos obtained from the recording device.

Authorities say Frank Fuchs, 51, allegedly placed a video recording device in the ceiling of the female restroom at Price Shopper located in the 4600 block of Gravois Road in House Springs.

Fuchs was detained by store employees and upon the arrival of deputies Fuchs was taken into custody.

The Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has issued the following charge against Fuchs, Invasion of Privacy of Multiple Individuals.

Fuchs is incarcerated in the Jefferson County Jail on a $50,000 cash bond.

It is believed that Fuchs may have attempted to video other victims throughout Jefferson County. Anyone who may have used the female restroom on Sunday July 15, 2012 between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and approximately 1:30 p.m. are asked to call the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office at (636) 797-5515.
