NBC News — Today is day two of nuclear talks between Iran and six world powers in Moscow. Previous talks have resulted in little to no progress and the clock is ticking for Iran as it faces a new round of economic sanctions.

The United States is taking part in the negotiations. The west accuses Iran of trying to build a nuclear weapon, Iran says its nuclear program is for peaceful, energy purposes.
