North Korea targets media outlets

NBC News — North Korea said monday that it is aiming rockets at South Korean media offices. The general staff of the North Korean People's Army warned that it would launch a quote "sacred war" against South Korea's president and seven news agencies if Seoul didn't apologize for what Pyongyang is calling a vicious smear campaign against them.
The warning came from a news anchor on state controlled TV. Monday's threat is just the latest in a series issued by North Korea over the past couple of months.
