Montana man hits moose, arrested on warrant

NATIONAL NEWS (CNN) — Lincoln County, Montana man who reported striking a moose with his truck has been arrested, but for another incident.
The Montana Highway Patrol received a call about a traffic accident on U.S. Highway 2 at around 8:30 a.m. Thursday.
Aaron Brown, 32, was driving near mile marker 68 when he struck a moose with his truck and when a MHP trooper arrived to investigate, he discovered Brown had a warrant out for his arrest for failing to make a court appearance.
Brown was taken into custody on a $405 warrant.
