Man murders another after argument over dog droppings

NBC NATIONAL NEWS — A Washington, DC man is facing murder charges after a confrontation over dog poop turned violent.
Ellsworth Colbert, 56, is been accused of stabbing his neighbor, 37-year-old Robert Wright.
Witnesses say the incident happened while Wright was walking a neighbor's dog past Colbert's yard.
After a brief argument, Colbert allegedly pulled a knife and cut Wright on the hand.
Wright then grabbed a nearby shovel and struck Colbert in the head.
The men then struggled briefly before Wright walked away.
A short time later he collapsed.
When paramedics arrived they discovered multiple stab wounds.
Colbert is charged with second-degree murder.
