Man accused of killing seven at California school 'not particularly remorseful'

NBC NATIONAL NEWS — The man accused of killing seven people at a small college in Oakland, California is being described as "not particularly remorseful".
Authorities have that man in custody and say he's a former student who was upset with administrators and students at the college.
He's identified as Wan Goh, 43.
He is a former nursing student who was expelled from the school earlier this year for reasons that weren't immediately clear, but investigators are looking at for a possible motive.
Gunshots from Monday's shooting can be heard in a cell phone video as the chaos ensued.
Witnesses described the scene as horrific as the gunman entered and opened fire.
All the victims with the exception of a secretary at the school were all students at the university.
