Life in Libya slowly getting back to normal
NBC News — People who live in Libya's capital are trying to return to normal life free from the reign of Moammar Khaddafy. More than a week after rebels took control of the city, Tripoli is still without water. Living conditions are difficult because of water and fuel shortages.
People have been waiting in long lines, and scuffles have broken out despite efforts to remain patient. Shops are starting to re-open. Moammar Khaddafy remains on the run, but people in Tripoli say they're celebrating their freedom.
