Kotex recalls tampons due to bacteria on applicators
NBC NATIONAL NEWS — Kimberly Clark is recalling Kotex natural balance security unscented tampons, regular absorbency after bacteria was found on some of the applicators.
The bacteria can cause infections like urinary tract infection, pelvic inflammatory disease or other possible life threatening infections.
The recalled boxes have the S-K-U numbers 15063 and 15068 on the bottom of the box.
So far no reports of women having any infections. but if you have a box of the recalled tampons, you should return them to the store.
