NBC NATIONAL NEWS — The Jetblue pilot accused of disrupting a Las Vegas bound flight in late March has been indicted.
A grand jury indicted Clayton Osbon on one count of interference of a flight crew.
Last month several passengers wrestled Osbon to the floor of the plane after he left the cockpit screaming about religion and terrorist.
The plane's co-pilot made an emergency landing in Amarillo, Texas where Captain Osbon was taken into custody.
The 49-year old is currently undergoing a court-ordered psychiatric exam to determine if he is fit to stand trial.
