NBC News — Secretary of State Hillary Clinton tuesday called on Russia to withdraw its troops from the former Soviet republic of Georgia and return to, quote "pre-conflict positions." She said Russia has to fulfill its obligations under the signed treaty.

Clinton made the comments at a meeting between U.S. and Georgian officials. She is visiting to boost ties with the country. Russia has been occupying two breakaway Georgian provinces since 2008.
