Archeologists working at Peru's Machu Pichu discovered four bodies at the ancient site. Researchers showed off the remains wednesday in a protected area of the ruins. Three of the bodies date back to the Incas, 1300 to 1500AD, and one is believed to be from a pre-Inca tribe 600 to 700 years earlier.

The remains are well preserved and experts continue to study the exact age. The Incas ruled an empire from modern day Colombia to Ecuador for several centuries. Machu Pichu, constructed more than five centuries ago, is a treasure chest for archeologists studying ancient Incan culture.
