The procession for Joe Paterno made its way through campus following a family funeral.

The royal blue hearse passing by the stadium where he was head coach for 46 seasons, hundreds lining the route.

Earlier at the public viewing, thousands more waited in line at the campus spiritual center to say goodbye to the legendary coach.

Inside, his casket flanked by one former, and one current football player at all times.

Penn State pride is on display throughout Happy Valley.

At the Old Main Frame Shop, customers filtered in to buy Paterno memorabilia.

The 85 year-old lost his battle with lung cancer Sunday and was fired last fall, criticized for not doing enough to address sex abuse allegations a decade ago involving former assistant coach Jerry Sandusky.

Meanwhile, last minute preparations are underway for tomorrow's public memorial.

Organizers say the 10,000 free tickets made available online were gone within a matter of minutes.
