FIFA Congress protests in Zurich

NBC News — Delegates arriving for the FIFA Congress in Zurich Wednesday were met by jeering protesters. People shouted "fair play" and waved signs that read "pay our taxes" as the delegates entered the venue.
The FIFA Congress, the governing body of International Soccer Rules, has met annually since 1998. There are a wide range of subjects up for debate, and each topic this year will focus on the theme of protecting the game of soccer.
