NBC News — European stocks are set to have their best week months. Stocks opened slightly higher friday but fluctuated between gains and losses. Asian shares were up, but U.S. index futures showed little change.

The Stoxx Europe 600 Index jumped 3.4% this week, its best weekly performance since early February. The Euro also rose to a three week high against the dollar and was headed for a second week of gains on optimism Greek lenders were near an agreement on the country's debt.
