NBC NATIONAL NEWS — The Center for Disease Control has unveiled a new 54 million dollar ad campaign to combat tobacco use!
The twelve week ad blitz, called "Tips From Former Smokers" uses real people who have suffered illnesses caused by smoking.
They hope by showing people the real life consequences, and immediate damage smoking can do to your body, it will scare off potential smokers from lighting up, and give users the motivation to quit.
