Casey Anthony's faces Judge for sentencing
NBC NEWS — This morning Casey Anthony faces Judge Belvin Perry for four counts of lying to law enforcement. She could get up to four years..but since she's already spent three years in prison-- Judge Perry could set her free for time already served.
Casey Anthony escaped the death penalty in the murder of her 2 year old toddler Caylee when the jury came back with a not-guilty verdict on all serious charges.
ABC News spoke to Juror Jennifer Ford who who said "I did not say she was innocent, I just said there was not enough evidence. If you cannot prove what the crime was, you cannot determine what the punishment should be." Ford also told ABC News the jurors were sick to their stomachs when the verdict was read.
Anthony's legal troubles aren't over--she could facing several lawsuits including defamation. Anthony named a woman as Zenaida Gonzales as the fictious nanny who kidnapped her daughter, and the real Zenaida Gonzales reports she never even knew the Anthony's.
