NBC NATIONAL NEWS — One BP employee has plead not guilty to criminal charges.
Lawyers for Bob Kazula say he's not responsible for the death of the eleven workers killed on the Deepwater Horiozon.
Another employee was indicted earlier this month on those same manslaughter charges.
A separate indictment charges former BP executive David Rainey with concealing from Congress information about how much oil was spewing from the well.
The plea comes the same the day the Environmental Protection Agency has banned BP from federal contracts in the Gulf of Mexico.
