NBC News — Sudan and Kenya are locked in a diplomatic spat. Sudan recalled its ambassador to Kenya and expelled Kenya's ambassador in Sudan after Kenya's high court ruled that authorities must arrest Sudanese President Omar Al-Bashir if he visited the country again.

Al-Bashir visited kenya last year but was not arrested. He is wanted by the International Criminal Court for genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity in Darfur.
