One magazine says Baton Rouge has some of the hardest working people in the country.

PARADE magazine says the Capital City ranks 11th on a list of the top 25 hardest working towns in America. No other Louisiana city is on the list.

The study used several factors live the average work day, commute times, and unemployment rates.

According to the study the hardest working place in the country is Columbia Missouri. And one Baton Rouge man is featured in this month's issue as well.

Ronald Sonnier, 62, is part of the “What People Earn” issue. Back in 1995, Sonnier, who was then 45-years-old, was featured in the What People Earn issue. Back then he was pulling in $31,500 as a Chef. Today, Sonnier is earning more than double that amount at $70,000.
