Only 7 bays left open at Morganza Spillway

BATON ROUGE, LA (NBC33) — The Army Corps of Engineers has closed another bay on the Morganza Spillway, leaving the total at seven open.
Eight bays were open over the weekend.
Since the spillway opened on May 14, a high of 17 bays have been open.
The Corps says they'll keep monitoring conditions and make adjustments as needed.
