Monday, the Metro Council is expected to vote on whether to delay Mayor Kip Holden's capital improvements plan.
Several council members want to hold a special meeting to put the $887 million tax plan on the Spring ballot, rather than the November ballot.
There's concern that Mayor Holden, didn't properly inform city leaders of a land dispute at the site of the new theme park, which would be funded through the proposal.
A few weeks ago, we talked to Councilor Trae Welch who said there was a lack of communication from the mayor and they need more time to make a decision.
