Man steals $75K Audi from Bossier City dealership

BOSSIER CITY, LA (NBC33) — UPDATE: Authorities in Panola County, Texas have located the Audi A7 that was stolen from Moffitt Audi in Bossier City on Friday.
A Panola County constable found the car abandoned at a well site off of Farm to Market Road 31 near the community of Jeter’s Junction in southwest Panola, County.
Detectives with the BCPD Property Crimes Unit are continuing their investigation into the case.
No arrests have been made at this time.
The Bossier City Police Department needs your help in finding a suspect who allegedly stole a $75,000 luxury car from an area dealership.
According to Bossier Police, the suspect took an Audi A7 for a test drive on the afternoon of April 11, and did not return to the Moffitt Audi dealership.
Police say the suspect and an unidentified man arrived at the dealership, driving a black Mercedes CLS 550 with black wheels and black window tint.
The unidentified man drove off in the Mercedes once the other suspect left the dealership in the Audi.
Investigators believe the Mercedes was stolen from a dealership in Shreveport.
The suspect who drove off in the Audi is described as a 240 lbs white male with black curly hair. He was also seen wearing white framed sunglasses and had tattoos on both arms.
Police say the stolen Audi’s identification number is WAU2GAFC1EN084381.
