Baton Rouge, La (NBC33) —
Representative Walt Leger wants to make sure people who benefit from human trafficking, advertise the activity, or deal with any part of the process will be put behind bars as well as traffickers.
Depending upon the crime, they could face up to 50 years in prison and a $75,000 fine.
