There’s been a lot of talk about crunching numbers at the Louisiana State Capitol this year, as legislators try to plug holes in the state’s budget. But today, state leaders are cutting into something else – a 144 foot poboy - that's one foot for every state legislator.

Its call “The Peacemaker" and is a celebration of Louisiana Seafood. Acme Oyster House in Baton Rouge stuffed the sandwich with Louisiana shrimp and oysters. It will be dressed, on site, by local celebrity chefs, just in time for lunch. Tuesday night, round two of the Louisiana Seafood Celebration takes place at the Louisiana State Museum.
