BATON ROUGE (WVLA) – It was a first of its kind event in Baton Rouge – and NBC33 News was proud to present it. Nearly 200 people showed up last night for Losing it in Louisiana’s Sunset Yoga class. It all happened on the roof of the Shaw Center in Downtown Baton Rouge.

Nearly 200 people gathered on Tsunami Sushi’s roof-top deck. Kim Matsko led the group in a 75 minute class as the sun set across the Mississippi River. Our own David D’Aquin organized the event in an effort to help Baton Rouge area residents get healthy with his Losing it in Louisiana team. By the way – it was about 95 degrees for this class.
