Original: NBC33 is looking for 5 people to compete in our next season of NBC33'S Losing it in Louisiana.
The program is a six month fitness competition. For the first three months, one contestant is eliminated per month based on how well they follow the program. The final three contestants and their trainers compete for the last three months in a series of challenges to find a winner. Each contestant is given a personal trainer for at least the first month.
We are looking for contestants who need to lose 30 pounds or more and are medically able to compete in high intensity physical challenges. You must be available to attend workouts all six months of the program. The program will start in May and end in November. You must be over 21 years old to compete.
To apply you must send in a photo and answer the following:
1. Name, Age, and Telephone number.
2. What is your height and current weight?
3. Why do you want to lose weight?
4. What have you done in the past to lose weight?
5. What would having a personal trainer mean to you?
6. Explain why you must get selected to compete?
7. If you lost the weight what would you do?
