 The Losing it in Louisiana contestants only have a few more weeks to go, but before they could finish the program they had to do a fitness test to see how far they have grown.

Contestants began the test easy with the sit and reach all the contestants pulled forward gaining ground.

Next we tried to bench press as much weight as we could.

"I just felt way more in shape to handle this one," said contestant Anita Katzman. "It made it more fun."

Then we hit the mats for a timed pushups and situps test.

"The first time i could only do 3 situps and this time I did like I think it was 43 or 33 i'm not sure," said contestant Rebekah Worrell.

"I'd probably have to go with the pushups and situps just because I improved so much more in those two areas," said contestant James Newman.

We finished with burpies. The exercise we all used to dread is now an exercise we can do with pride.

"Last time we were all kind of stepping back and stepping forward," said contestant James Henry. "This time we weren't. We were jumping straight back and straight forward in to it. You can tell everybody just they weren't struggling with it anymore."
