Losing it in Louisiana: season three finale

BATON ROUGE,LA (NBC33) — When Kris Cusanza, Carole Walker, James Henry, Anita Katzman, Rebekah Worrell, and James Newman began their journey they weighed 1,404 pounds. Now the scale shows a slimmer and much healthier team at 1,207 pounds.
James Henry with the green team lost the most weight shedding 64 pounds.
"I'm hitting the weights a lot more and i'm starting to redistribute," said Henry. "It's going to be a good weight.185 190 some where around there."
Next Kris Cusanza with the red team lost 51 pounds, but gained a lot of healthy information that she can use in the future.
"Later on when I have kids or to help my family live a healthier, and eventually fit in the wedding dress of my dreams...still a way to go," said Cusanza.
The yellow team's Anita Katzman came in third in for weight loss with minus 34 pounds.
"I'm very proud of myself," said Katzman. "I was reluctant to sign up to come here, and I'm so glad I did it. It's been life changing. "
Orange team contestant James Newman went from 256 pounds to 226 pounds. That's minus thirty pounds.
"It just give me a sense of accomplishment," said Newman. "Makes me feel like I can do anything I set my mind too."
The blue team's Carole Walker and the pink team's Rebekah Worrell both lost around ten pounds.
But there is still one thing left for the losing it contestants: find out which of the the final three dieters is the overall winner of Losing it in Louisiana.
James Henry won the weight loss and most of the competitions, Cusanza won the final mega fitness event, and James Newman won the social media vote. Then it was up to the secret panel of Bally Total Fitness judges to make their choice for the top dieter.
Congratulations James Henry with the green team. You are the over all winner of NBC33's Losing it in Louisiana.
"I never had anybody push me like Erik did," said Henry. "He made me do things I didn't know I could do and convince me that I can do anything that I want my body to do really challenge myself to do."
