The only way to stay safe in this competition is to win the social media vote. We asked NBC33 viewers to go on our Facebook page and pick your favorite contestant.

This month’s social media winner is James Newman. He has immunity for this elimination.

After the social media votes were counted, A secret panel of judges from bally total fitness looked at contestants overall weight loss, food journals,  blog post, and trainer reviews.  Here is there decision for the first person who will lose their trainer.

Carol Walker.  Now Walker must continue her weight loss program without the help of her personal trainer Greg.

“He’s a great person,” said Walker.  “He helped me with my diet what’s good what’s not good. It’s really been helpful overall. So, I really appreciate him. I’ll still carry on everything he taught me.”

She’ll still get to workout at Bally Total Fitness, and participate in some of the group activities.
