Losing it in LA

Rani is known in Baton Rouge as the “Hip-Hop Doc.” A sports medicine doctor – Rani spends much of his time caring for patients with sports related injuries. Rani says he’s overweight – and hopes to lose 15-20 pounds. He also wants to run in 5k races. He says he needs to set an example of health for his patients.

 

Rani's Trainer: Frank Fudesco

Frank Fudesco has had a strong passion for athletics and fitness since childhood.

 

Frank attended U-L Lafayette – where he majored in Fitness and Human Movement. Frank is an A.C.E certified personal trainer. It’s passion for weight training and exercise science that brought Frank to Bally Total Fitness in Baton Rouge. 

In addition to training clients – Fran works out solo almost every day. He’s hoping to compete in bodybuilding competitions soon. In his spare time, Frank researches new diet and training programs along with fitness equipment.
