Rebekah Worrell with the pink team writes:

This past week was good! My work schedule has changed which means my workout schedule has had to change also. I feel like I'm finally getting into a new routine and getting back on track with fulfilling my weight loss goals.

James Henry with the green team writes:

Transformation (noun): change in form, appearance, nature, or character. My wife used the word "transformational" the other day to describe what Losing it in Louisiana has been to us. Based on the definition above, that is an accurate description. Losing it in LA has helped to change both my appearance and my nature. Not only am I down several pants sizes, but I also have a completely different attitude about going to the gym and eating healthy. These things are just part of my daily life now ... I don't even have to think about it anymore. I also have a better attitude in general now, because I feel so much better than I did when I was 50 pounds heavier. To those who have helped me in this transformation (NBC 33, Bally's, Erik, Carole, Anita, Rebekah, James N. and Kris), thank you!

James Newman with the orange team writes:

I had a really bad week this past week. Early in the week, I had a case of strep throat. This kept me away from being able to work out and had a bad affect on my appetite. Later in the week, I developed a case of pneumonia. This of course continued to keep me away from my workouts and to have a bad affect on my appetite. I am hoping to be able to get back in the swing of things, slowly, this week. Thanks to everyone for your continued support.

Carole Walker with the blue writes:

The past 2 weeks have been hard in regards to working out due to a very sore ankle and adjusting to allergy shots, but I've tried to maintain a healthy diet. This week I'm going to push myself a little harder because I'm heading to North Carolina for a family reunion and we all know how that can go in regards to eating habits. I lived there for about 8 years and yes, I developed an addiction to barbeque

Kris Cusanza with the red team writes:

Sickness plus working out equals bad time. I’ve been struggling with a cold, and it makes me feel more fatigued when working out. Now is the time for me to push it even harder in the gym. If it wasn’t for Carlos and my fellow Losing it contestants I would have just put the diet on pause. I’m never going to give up till I drop those pounds.
