James Henry with the green team writes:

What an incredible experience these past 7 months of Losing it in LA have been. The biggest lesson that I have learned is that it is never too late – at any time, you can decide to begin making healthy, positive changes in your life. When I started this, I was 258 pounds, and at 37 years old thought that I was probably going to be that weight for the rest of my life. Now I am 194 pounds, work out every day, and have caramel flavored rice cakes for dessert – this definitely was not where I anticipated being! But I am so glad and grateful that this is where and who I am now. Thank you once again to NBC 33, Bally Total Fitness, and all of the trainers. And last but not least, thank you to Erik – you're a wonderful trainer and an even better friend!

Kris Cusanza with the red team writes:

It’s official. I’ve lost over fifty pounds. I can see the results everywhere on my body. I’ve started to have good muscle definition in my arms. My abs are getting flat. I feel like a brand new person.  My Losing it in Louisiana family means the world to me. It’s so inspiring working with Henry, Katzman, Worrell, Walker, Newman and all our Bally Total Fitness trainers. I just hope that we can continue our journeys no matter what life throws at us. Finally for all our Losing it in Louisiana fans. Thanks so much for watching us every Tuesday for the past six months.
