Two people killed in accident on Mississippi River Bridge

Dedrick Matthews, 38, was arrested after being involved in a fatal crash on the Mississippi River bridge that occurred around 2:45am Sunday. Matthews rear ended another vehicle while traveling westbound I-10 on the bridge.
