LSU Murder Suspect Arraigned
The only man charged in the shooting deaths of two LSU international students was arraigned today.
Devin Parker pled “not guilty” in front of Judge Richard Moore. He is being charged with second degree murder.
Parker will be back in court on November 5 for another pre-trial hearing. |
