LOCAL NEWS-The Violent Crimes Division of Baton Rouge Police are investigating a shooting that happened just before 10 last night on Donmoore St. Defense lawyers in the Angola five case say they want a new trial due to the prosecution holding back evidence. Capitol City food truck vendors are fighting a proposed ordinance due to head before the Metro Council tomorrow. Also, some bad news for the New Orleans Saints, and their fans. The NFL Commissioner has denied appeals for Head Coach Sean Payton, General Manager Mickey Loomis, and Assistant Coach Joe Vitt. All this and more in our recap of the Morning News.
