TRAFFIC- No traffic incidents to tell you about this morning.

WEATHER- Grab your umbrella as you head out the door this morning. High of 81 today with a 60 percent chance of rain.

LOCAL NEWS- Breaking News this morning... Two overnight shootings in Baton Rouge to tell you about this morning. The first occurred just before midnight in the 12,000 block of Province Place. The victim was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. The second shooting happened around 3 a.m. on Melrose Blvd. One man is dead and another was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. Also, an update on the man who was severely beaten in Tigerland last week... 22 year old Gunner Williamson died just after six last night. The Baton Rouge Coroner's Office will be conducting an autopsy this morning to determine exactly how he died.

WORLD NEWS- Also new this morning, a US soldier in Afghanistan killed 16 civilians when he left his post and went on a shooting rampage.
