BATON ROUGE, LA. (NBC33) — The U.S. Department of Transportation just released a new website to help prevent teens from texting and driving, which are the primary age-group for fatalities involving distracted driving.

Rob Guba founded Cellcontrol, a company which produces technology that prevents teens from using their mobile phones while operating a moving vehicle. Cellcontrol integrates the vehicles onboard diagnostics, allowing instant notification when a teen speeds or tries to use their cell phone.
