The Baton Rouge River Center in Baton Rouge, La., will play host to USA-MMA again this spring when the promotion returns to Baton Rouge for USA-MMA 21, Stacked 3, on May 3.

“We are thrilled to be returning to Baton Rouge for our May 3rd event,” said USA-MMA founder and CEO Gil Guillory. “The Baton Rouge River Center has become our premier venue for 5 years running and this annual event is becoming our flagship event. We are looking forward to packing the house and putting on the best cpmbat sports show in Louisiana this year."

The Main Event for the Stacked 3 event will be a battle for the USA-MMA Lightweight Championship pitting former UFC fighter and Baton Rouge native, Kyle Bradley, versus Strikeforce and Bellator veteran, Adam Schindler.

The name Stacked would be an injustice if this were the only high caliber fight on the event, but luckily for the fans, the main event is one of only 5 high caliber bouts.

In a battle pitting two of Baton Rouges most respected trainers, Thomas Webb, of LA Boxing, takes on Calvin Miller, of Gladiator Academy of Baton Rouge. This battle has been talked about for a long time and now the fans will get what they've begged for.

In the USA-MMA Bantamweight Championship, Aaron Philips, of Gladiator Academy Lafayette, takes on Cody Williams, of American Top Team Beaumont. Philips is trained by UFC fighter Tim Credeur and Williams trains with the world renowned ATT.

Former LSU fullback and rising MMA star, James Stampley, takes on rising local heavyweight, Trey Ramey.
Local MMA favorite, Mike Fleiniken, will round out this amazing fight card.

If you think these great fights are all that the fans can look forward to, then you don't know USA-MMA. As a special gift to the fans, Louisiana born and proud, UFC world ranked fighter, Dustin "The Diamond" Poirier will meet and greet the fans beginning at 6 pm the night of the event. Posters will be available for purchase at the meet and greet.

Tickets for the event are on sale now at and at the Baton Rouge River Center box office or any Ticketmaster outlet. Cage side seats, VIP tables and sponsorship is available by calling 337-501-1819. For more information, visit
