BATON ROUGE, LA (NBC33) - — Update: According to the Baton Rouge Police Department, Nathan Fisher is now the attorney for the four LSU football players allegedly involved in a fight outside of Shady's Bar in Baton Rouge. Fisher has gotten a postponement of the scheduled meeting between the Baton Rouge Police Department and the four players.
NBC33's Matt Boudreaux spoke with Fisher Sunday evening and Fisher says that a new date has not been set but he understands the urgency to get his clients in front of investigators.
Jordan Jefferson, Jarvis Landry, Chris Davenport and Josh Johns will all be questioned at headquarters.
BRPD says the players are being asked to give their sides of the story, and NOT to turn themselves in.
Meanwhile, new information is being released in what happened at Shady's early Thursday morning. BRPD says the fight statrted after an individual, one of the four injured, blew his horn to move a crowd out of his way in the parking lot.
