Baton Rouge, La (NBC33) — A Baton Rouge teen is in hot water after he damaged property at McKinley High.

The incident happened at around 5:00 a.m. on Sunday morning.

NBC33 has been told the 16-year-old drove an SUV onto the school’s track and lost control. The vehicle then clipped a pole, took out some fence, and then crashed into the bleachers.

The boy’s parents decided to press charges. He's charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
