Survey ranks Raising Cane's #2 in customer service for a quick-service restaurant

For the fifth consecutive year, Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is honored as one of the top quick-service restaurant chains in the country for customer satisfaction according to Sandelman & Associates’ Quick-Track study. The Baton Rouge, La.-based Raising Cane’s was rated “excellent” overall by 60 percent of recent customers, ranking it in the top two of 150 restaurant companies studied.

Raising Cane’s was the highest-rated restaurant company for temperature of food, accuracy in filling orders, and cleanliness of restaurants.

“At Raising Cane’s, this is one of the highest honors we can receive,” said Todd Graves, founder and CEO of Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers. “Serving our customers high-quality meals at a fast pace from immaculately clean restaurants is what we do every day. Having our customers recognize it is the ultimate reward.”

“To rank in the top five chains five years in a row is a tremendous accomplishment,” says Paul Clarke, VP at Sandelman & Assoc. “Our Quick-Track Awards of Excellence recognizes the best of 150 chains that qualify across 85 U.S. markets. For a quick-service restaurant chain to be considered excellent overall by over 60 percent of its customers is quite a feat. To do it several years in a row is remarkable.”

The awards are based on the quarterly-syndicated Quick-Track research program, which tracks attitudes, awareness and usage for the restaurant industry, including all major fast food and pizza chains.
