Stretch of I-12 in Baton Rouge ranks as one of the most congested highways in the U.S.

Baton Rouge, La (NBC33) — A new report from The Daily Beast lists I-12 East from Essen to O'neal the 24th most congested highway in the country.
The six-mile stretch of interstate has its worst congestion between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
New Orleans also ranked in the list – a starch of I-10 Westbound from Causeway Boulevard to End Boulevard came in at number 17.
Los Angeles’s Harbor Freeway ranked in the number one spot.
