BATON ROUGE, LA — Red Stick Moms Blog, www.redstickmomsblog.com, a one-stop resource for moms raising kids in Baton Rouge, has officially launched.
Red Stick Moms Blog is a rapidly growing community of moms in the Baton Rouge area. It was founded by two local moms – Angela Hayden, a mother of two; and Ashley Ballard, a mother of two – and includes 12 moms contributing articles, advice and stories about motherhood.
The site is a collaborative blog written and read by local moms, and everyone behind Red Stick Moms Blog is passionate about engaging with readers, both on the site and through social media, as well as offline through exciting local events that connect moms to each other in person.
The mission of Red Stick Moms Blog, part of the national City Moms Blog Network, is to build community among moms in Baton Rouge, to make on-line and in-person connections, to encourage moms by building common ground, offering kid-friendly resources in the Baton Rouge area, and making our community approachable and fun.
The blog will cover everything from potty training, to how to find a preschool, and where to go for a great family friendly meal.
By being part of the City Moms Blog Network family of websites, Red Stick Moms Blog has more than 30 sister sites from across the country, including New Orleans Moms Blog, that can also serve as valuable resource for moms in the Baton Rouge area.
