Baton Rouge, La (NBC33) — Raising Cane’s today announced its annual Raising Cane’s Holiday Plush Puppy campaign raised more than $20,000 for animal welfare this past year.
Proceeds from the sale of more than 1,600 plush puppies were distributed through donations to 31 local pet welfare organizations across the 16 states Raising Cane’s serves.
For the third year in a row, Raising Cane’s offered “Cane,” a plush toy modeled after the restaurant’s namesake yellow Labrador named Raising Cane, in restaurants throughout the holiday season.
“We couldn’t have done this without the generous support of our customers,” said Todd Graves, founder and CEO of Raising Cane’s. “We are so thankful the communities we serve share Raising Cane’s’ passion and commitment to the pet welfare.”
