Gulf of Mexico (NBC33) — Dignitaries from the Philippines have identified the body of a missing crew member from a platform fire in the gulf.

According to the Philippino Embassy's website, dive crews found the body of Elroy Corporal, 42, on Saturday evening near the site of the fire.

Dive crews hired by Black Elk Energy continue to search for a final missing crew member. The embassy identified that man as Jerome Malagapo, 28, of Danao, Cebu.
