St. Landry - A Eunice couple is facing multiple charges of aggravated incest and oral sexual battery. 32 year old John Boudreaux and 37 year old Heather Padgett both of Eunice are in the St. Landry parish jail. The pair are each facing six counts of aggravated incest and six counts of oral sexual battery after allegedly luring a 19 year old mentally disabled woman to a hotel room in Opelousas and forcing her and their own 16 year old daughter to have sex. Additional charges are possible, including prostitution, rape and unlawful imprisonment.

Orleans - A federal jury sided with Kevin Costner in a lawsuit brought against him by fellow actor Stephen Baldwin. The jury rejected claims that Costner and his partner cheated Baldwin and a friend out of millions of dollars in a business deal. BP used devices provided by Costner’s company in the gulf oil spill cleanup. Baldwin said he would not have sold his shares if he knew about the upcoming deal with BP.

Pointe Coupee - A Natchez oil company is to blame for an oil spill in the Mississippi River near Pointe Coupee parish. We're told the El Toro production company has assumed responsibility for over 4 thousand gallons of crude spilling into Clark creek, which runs into the Mississippi. Reports say the El Toro tank may have busted Wednesday because of recent storm damage, or from hogs that have been rooting up tank lines. The spill is near the Point Coupee and Concordia parish line.

That's a look at what's happening - parish by parish.
